Lorie Bryant
GRANTON
Lorie A. Bryant,30 Granton ,died Nov.3,1998 in Grant township.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Zion American Lutheran Church in Granton. Pastor Omar Nelson will officiate. Music will be provided by Marjorie Dahl, organist and Ron Riedel, soloist.
Internment will be in the town of Grant Cemetery. Casketbearers will be Eddie Bryant, Richard Bryant, Ollie Coyle Jr., Bill Mitte Jr. Duwayne O'Connell, Greg Opelt and Ron Vine.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville and again from 10a.m. until service time Friday at the church.
Lorie was born Sept. 22 1968,in Marshfield ,the daughter of Gerald Bryant and Carol (nee Purkis) Mitte. She attended schools in Marshfield, Granton and graduated from Neillsville High School in 1987, After graduation she worked for Mid-American Dairy in Chili and also for the Marshfield Living Center. Lorie attended Mid- State Technical College in Marshfield and studied to be a certified nursing assistant. For the past nine years she has worked at St. Josephs Hospital in Marshfield . Currently she was a CNA on the 6N floor at the hospital and she had recently begun training with the Granton Area First Responders.
Lorie's hobbies included hunting, camping, dancing, needle work and being with her family.
She is survived by her fiancée, Jim Beilke of Granton; three children, Josh ,Jon, and Amanda; her parents, Gerald (Barb) Bryant of Auburndale and Carol( Michael) Mitte of Neillsville; two sisters, Nicole Bryant of Auburndale and Michelle Mitte of Neillsville; three brothers, Scott Bryant of Neillsville, Jerry(Heidi) Bryant of Onalaska and Jake Mitte of Neillsville; her grandparents, Eleanor Seidel and Clyde Purkis Jr. of Loyal; and two nephews, Sawyer Bryant Onalaska and Caleb Bryant Loyal.
